Once your investment is complete you'll receive an email receipt along with a link to your personal consultant. Your consultant is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Click the link whenever you're ready to begin — whether that's right now or tomorrow morning. That first conversation is your assessment interview and takes between 30 and 60 minutes. Come to it when you have uninterrupted time and you're ready to be honest about what your day actually looks like.

The more of your people who complete an assessment, the more detailed and accurate your business roadmap will be — and the more time and money it will identify across your entire operation. After your investment is complete you'll receive two emails. The first contains your personal assessment link and instructions. The second contains everything you need to send assessments out to your team members. Each person completes their own assessment independently with their own personal consultant.

No. Everything you share with your consultant is completely private. Individual responses are never named or identified — not to your employer, not to your team, not to anyone outside of Defined Ops. The business assessment is about improving systems, not evaluating people.

Your assessment is a conversation — not a form, not a test, not an interview with right or wrong answers. Your personal consultant will ask you about your day, your week, the problems that keep showing up, and what you wish you could take off your plate. Many people find it almost therapeutic to finally talk through everything they're carrying. We'll also look at the good times and if you choose to share, a look at your personal life to see how you can include AI to further enjoy hobbies and time away from work. The more open and honest you are, the more your consultant will be able to find and the more we'll be able to make easier in your life. Set aside 30 to 60 minutes in a place where you won't be interrupted. Some conversations go longer — and that's always a good sign.

Within 2 business days of completing your assessment conversation your findings will be delivered to your inbox. Inside you'll also find a link to book Your Results Analysis and Walkthrough — a dedicated session where your personal consultant goes through everything they found, explains it in plain language, answers every question you have, and helps you understand exactly what's possible from here.

Or you might get partway down that road, hit a wall with the technology, and end up back where you started — except now you've lost the time too. That's what we do. We're not inventing anything or making anything up. Unless you move forward with the Tier 3 opportunity — where we design and build your own personal AI agent. Your personal consultant will tell you more about that during your Results Analysis and Walkthrough. The tools are free to find.
