1. About Defined Ops

Defined Ops is an AI and automation consultancy operating as a sole proprietorship in Alberta, Canada. We provide assessments, AI receptionist systems, and automation services to small and medium-sized businesses across North America. Contact us at info@definedops.com.

2. Services

• The AI Efficiency Test is a free assessment tool designed to estimate time and cost inefficiencies in your workflow. Results are for informational purposes only.
• Personal and Business Assessments are paid consulting services that analyze individual and organizational readiness for AI and automation. Assessments do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
• Defined Ops Packages include AI-powered receptionist and automation systems... delivered in part through third-party white label providers. While we oversee and manage your setup and experience, some underlying infrastructure is operated by our technology partners. We are not responsible for service interruptions, outages, or changes made by those third-party providers, though we will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues on your behalf.

3. Payments

All prices are displayed in either Canadian dollars (CAD) or US dollars (USD) based on your location. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly service fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.

4. No Guarantees

Defined Ops makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, revenue increases, cost savings, or business results from the use of our services. AI and automation tools are designed to support your operations — results depend on many factors outside our control including how services are implemented and used.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, design, graphics, and branding is the property of Defined Ops. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Defined Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
