We may also collect basic usage data through our website such as pages visited and time spent, for the purpose of improving our services.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver the services you have purchased
• Communicate with you about your account and assessments
• Send follow-up emails through our email platform MailerLite
• Improve our products and services

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Defined Ops uses the following third-party platforms to deliver our services: Stripe for payment processing, MailerLite for email communication, and white label technology partners for AI voice and automation infrastructure. Each of these providers maintains their own privacy practices. We share only the minimum information necessary to deliver your service.

5. Employee Assessment Privacy

If you are completing a Personal Assessment as part of an employer-sponsored Business Assessment, your individual responses are private. They will not be shared with your employer and will not be attributed to you by name. Only aggregated, anonymized findings are included in the Business Assessment report.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver your services and maintain our business records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@definedops.com.
