Work directly with small business clients to assess, design, and implement operational systems. You're someone who sees inefficiency and immediately knows how to fix it. Strong communication, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity are essential.
Build relationships with business owners who need better operations but don't know where to start. You're a connector — comfortable having real conversations, following up consistently, and genuinely caring about the outcome for the client.
The backbone of client experience. You keep scheduling tight, communications professional, and nothing falls through the cracks. Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure.
Support the delivery of Defined Ops diagnostics — conducting interviews, synthesizing findings, and contributing to client reports. Strong writing, analytical thinking, and business acumen required.
Own the post-delivery relationship. Ensure clients are implementing their roadmap, getting results, and feel supported every step of the way. Equal parts consultant, coach, and cheerleader.
